Japanese Chocolate Layered Cheesecake | Gina Chong
Not that I've ever had a cheesecake in Japan...but my Japanese hubby tells me they taste the same as the ones in Korea. And I love Korean cheesecake.

Anyways I made this cake before hubby had to leave me. For the next month until he comes home I am going to be a lonely cat lady. And maybe get fat because half of this cheesecake is still left and I'm not in the sharing mood ;)

  1. Ooooo I love Japanese cheescake!! They are so light and airy...it's so dangerous because you can eat an entire cake without even feeling it or realizing it!!
