Tomato Pesto Flatbread Pizzas | Gina Chong
Just made this as a quick Sunday treat for myself but I enjoyed it so much I decided to blog the recipe. Seriously took like 10 minutes to make and was so nommy ^^

Tomato Pesto Flatbread Pizzas

  • flatbread
  • tomato-basil pesto (store-bought)
  • mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 Roma tomatoes, sliced thinly
  • olive oil
  • pepper


Preheat oven to 425F.

Prep your flatbread pieces on a small pan and spread a thin layer of pesto on each. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place tomato slices on top and either brush or drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper. Bake for about 8 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are toasted. Enjoy!

  3. Uh holy YUM! And it looks pretty healthy, too! I haven't thought of using flat bread before, and after seeing this I can't believe it never popped into my head. I'll definitely be trying this- especially since lazy, 10 minute recipes are about all I can handle :)

    1. Haha sometimes that's all I can handle too. I even made this recipe on plain old bread once I ran out of flatbread and it was still delicious!
